Each month features a different floral pattern adding a gentle and unique touch to your year. The flowers on the cover are mainly "roses and berry fruits", with blackberries and basellia mixed in to create an antique bouquet. The flowers that decorate the diary were drawn by illustrator Takiko Kuroiwa.

Even with the illustrations, it has a simple and easy-to-write format based on white space, with a focus on ease of use. Fine details such as ruled lines and date numbers are hand-painted.
