Return and refund policy

  • All sales are final. We understand there are instances where items are damaged or you wish to exchange, so we will assess situations on case-by-case basis.

  • To request an exchange or store credit, please provide proof of purchase and contact us either in person or by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Acceptable proof of purchase includes a physical or emailed receipt, a bank statement, or details confirming the date of purchase. Paper Plant Co reserves the right to decline exchanges or returns if sufficient proof of purchase is not provided. 

  • Damages and issues:
    Within 7 days of purchase or delivery, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Lost or stolen packages: 

    Paper Plant Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided in the order but are subsequently lost or stolen. Upon request, Paper Plant Co. will verify the delivery details, including the address provided, tracking information, delivery date, and carrier information, to assist the customer in investigating the issue.

  • Chargebacks:
    Paper Plant Co. investigates all chargebacks thoroughly. Any chargeback found to be fraudulent, made in bad faith, or filed for a legitimate purchase may result in immediate and permanent restriction of the customer’s ability to make future purchases with Paper Plant Co.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Any postage costs incurred from exchanges due to a change of mind are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs and custom duties (if applicable) are non-refundable for exchanges, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@paperplant.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 938 N Hill St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at cost to customer), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
