All online orders are thoughtfully and carefully packaged by our lovely team members at Paper Plant Co. 

In-Store Pick-Up

  • There will be a delivery option to 'PICKUP' from the shop when you checkout. 
  • We will email you once your order has been fulfilled and will be able to pick up during our business hours.
  • Typically, pick up orders will be processed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days. 
  • We’ll send you a “Ready for Pick-Up” email as soon as your order is waiting for you. Please wait for that message before visiting.

Shipping Policies

  • FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied at checkout for purchases over $100.
  • Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-4 days from the order placed date.
  • Shipping costs and any applicable custom duties are non-refundable in the event of a return, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Domestic Customers:  
    We utilize USPS and UPS for courier delivery. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel online.
  • International Customers:  
    We ship worldwide from Los Angeles, CA using USPS and DHL. After shipment, you will receive your parcel tracking number via email allowing you to track it online. Paper Plant Co is not responsible for loss or damage caused by local postal services. Paper Plant Co is not responsible for customs delays or any customs fees and import taxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Paper Plant Co is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided in the order. Upon request, Paper Plant Co will verify the delivery to the given address and provide tracking information, delivery date, and carrier details to assist customers with their investigation.

Pre-orders

If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order, including in-stock items, will ship once the pre-order items arrive. If you prefer to receive in-stock items right away, we ask that you please place a separate order for them.

 Gift Wrapping

All orders are beautifully packaged for a delightful experience. If you are ordering a gift for someone, please leave a note so we can remove the prices off the products!
