The outside is crispy and hard, while the inside is chewy and soft. Masters Craft have made chopstick rests based on the traditional French baked confectionery Canelé. It is also recommended as a cutlery rest for tea time.

You can use it as a chopstick rest or spoon rest, as well as an objet d'art. Please be careful not to put it in your mouth by mistake for the real thing. The color of each piece is slightly different, but this is a natural phenomenon caused by the soil and the degree of baking, so we hope you will see it as a unique taste of pottery.
