- Koberia Street, the Port Town You Might Stumble Upon -
I was chasing a bird in a little hat when I found myself wandering onto a street I had never seen before.
When I looked up, the bird was perched on a shop sign.
No—looking closer, it wasn’t a real bird at all, but a metal ornament.
And the sign beneath it read:
“Koberia Street – The Port Town.”

Ever since the harbor first opened to the world, this city has welcomed not only the glittering culture of the West, but magic—and things not quite human as well.
Over time, all of it intertwined and took root here.
The place where that mingling blossomed most vividly is this very street: Koberia.
Now it is home to an assortment of curious residents, each busy with their own trade.

It is not a place one can easily find.
But if you ever happen to see a bird wearing a hat, you would do well to follow it.
You just might find the door to Koberia opening for you.

- Chinbotsu-sen Wine Sauce -
"Chinbotsu-sen" means "Sunken ship".
The shop’s owner is a man who once worked as a ship’s cook, honing his craft aboard vessels of every kind.

He has served on "Chinbotsu-sen (Sunken ships)" and first-class ocean liners alike—
and there are even rumors that he may (or may not) have cooked aboard a ghost ship.
In any case, the wide-ranging connections he built during those years now serve him well, allowing him to procure the freshest seafood and rare ingredients from distant lands.

The restaurant’s signature specialty is a house wine sauce, rich and full-bodied, with an aroma as deep as the sea.
They say the secret lies in the wine itself.

There are whispers—dubious at best—that the bottles are salvaged from Chinbotsu-sen (sunken ships) and obtained through a mermaid intermediary.
And yet, once you’ve tasted the sauce—its deep, romantic flavors unfolding across your palate—those far-fetched tales suddenly don’t seem so impossible after all.
